  Mowsza (Moshe) Wilenczyk, the journalist from Kleck, was in Mexico by 1973. Writing in Di Shtime of Mexico City on 15 September 1973 in memory of the Hebraist Eliyahu Chaim Chinitz, he recalled that when he arrived in Mexico Chinitz had already seen his name on the telegram listing the Jewish writers and journalists who had found refuge in Kobe in Japan during the war (National Library of Israel, Historical Jewish Press).
