What is known

Bronka Bronisława Trepman, born Karkovska, held visa No.710 of 1 August 1940 and survived the war in China. Her husband Mieczysław Elimelech Trepman is recorded in Vilna; she surfaces once more in an immigration record — Paris, 25 October 1947 — and then vanishes from the record. She left no descendants. A relative by marriage, Rose Feldman, pieced the fragments together decades later: "That is all I could piece together... Hope I connected things correctly." Her record stands here so that the trail, if it exists anywhere, has somewhere to lead back to.
