Wygodzki, 231 Chestnut, Holyoke, Massachusetts; an uncle, Dr Birstein, 46 Elm Avenue, Larchmont, New York; an uncle, M. Szereszowski, Hotel Bri[stol], Tel Aviv. The register writes the name Persit Wadim: the initial W and the birth year 1900 (the register's age 40) agree, the surname occurs once on the register, and the relatives in the United States fit the compiled next destination.

The register's Persit Wadim, 40 on the compiled list, is the only Persitz on the register; the Kobe community's relatives list has him born 1900 at Moscow with a sister in Holyoke, Massachusetts, and the manifest agrees on the name, the birthplace and the year within one. On the two lines above him are Artur and Franciszka Zeimer, whose record the archive already holds.
