This document combines a Curacao/Netherlands consulate notation and a Japanese transit visa issued at Kaunas (Kovno), Lithuania. The Netherlands consul's stamp indicates no visa was required for entry to Curacao and other Dutch colonies. The Japanese consulate (Sugihara) granted transit through Japan on 30 August 1940 to Tola Sapir, en route to the Netherlands colonies.
