The Ginyo Maru's manifest, found by David Rosen and transcribed by FamilySearch, lists Mariem Herzig, born 1888 at Kraków, arriving at Los Angeles in November 1940 from Yokohama with David Herzig, born 1885, and Helena Herzig, born 1923. The compiled line has Marien Herzig 52 in 1940, so born about 1888, and David is the register's No. 33; the entry is hers.
