The document includes the Dutch Consulate (Curacao) declaration by Jan Zwartendijk-style stamp indicating no entry visa required for the Netherlands' American possessions, dated 29 July 1940. It also bears a Greek consular transit visa issued in Riga dated 21 November 1940 for family affairs, valid thirty days.
This is a Polish citizenship certificate (Zaświadczenie/Certificat) issued by the Polish Legation in Kaunas (Kownie) to Izrael Gorodecki, born 15 November 1888 in Janów, a bachelor and private clerk.
