Named in the Kobe committee's list of persons who left Japan for Shanghai and Harbin in the month of May 1941 (JDC Archives). Szyfer Jerzy Moric, Polish, sailed from Nagasaki for Shanghai on 4 May 1941 aboard the Nagasaki Maru, travelling with Wanda Halina. He had reached Japan on 25 February 1941; this is him leaving it.
