  George Bluman, who compiled the numbered Chiune Sugihara Lists, wrote to the archive on 28 August 2026 that his own files had already recorded this person as having reached Shanghai. The archive came to the same place separately, from the Polish consulate's register of citizens kept in Shanghai. The two records were made independently of each other, years apart, and they agree.
