  Zalman Pudłowski died in New York on 10 June 1970, aged 77. The New York Yiddish daily Forverts reported it on 13 June 1970. The notice calls him a long-time Bund activist from the textile town of Bełchatów, near Łódź, who had come from Vilna to America with the help of the Jewish Labor Committee, and who worked in a shop in New York and stayed active in the Bund and the Workmen's Circle (National Library of Israel, Historical Jewish Press).
