This passport belonging to Emil Jakubovic bears the Curacao visa declaration issued by Jan Zwartendijk, the Dutch consul in Kaunas, on 31 July 1940, stating that no entry visa is required for admission to Surinam, Curacao and other Dutch possessions in America. The passport also contains an earlier Lithuanian transit visa (Nr. 87, Vilnius, 14 November 1939) and a Kaunas police registration stamp from 18 November 1939.
A Japanese transit visa issued by the Consulate of Japan at Kaunas, Lithuania, dated 22 August 1940, signed as acting consul (in the Sugihara style). It authorizes transit through Japan to Surinam, Curacao and other Netherlands' colonies.
