The compiler of the Chiune Sugihara Lists, George Bluman, confirmed on 1 September 2026 that this line and No. 176 record the same man: a tailor of 37 from Radzymin, entered twice, three weeks and twenty-five folios apart. The Kobe community's list of refugees and their relatives abroad has Dawid Mordka Szyja Mendzylewski, born in 1903 at Radzymin.
