Moshe Kligsberg reached America in 1941, brought out with the help of the Jewish Labor Committee, and became a research associate of YIVO in New York. He wrote studies of Jewish life in Poland and America and edited YIVO's bulletin. He died in the Bronx in June 1975, aged 73. The New York Yiddish daily Forverts carried the notice on 26 June 1975 (National Library of Israel, Historical Jewish Press).
