Where this comes from
Haaretz, 2 February 1942, and HaTzofe, 3 February 1942 (National Library of Israel, Historical Jewish Press) In February 1942 Moszko Rab was among the immigrants on their way from India to the Land of Israel listed by HaTzofe (3 February 1942) (National Library of Israel, Historical Jewish Press). The archive counts this as a corroboration under its rule of 19 September 2026: the list is a record of the Sugihara route itself, the Jewish Agency's own roll of the Kobe refugees sent on through Bombay; the full name occurs once on the register; and India in the winter of 1941–42 is where that road ran. No second personal fact has yet been found.
