The register's compiled line gives 1913, and the two are 1 year apart. The name occurs once on the register, and a Polish-born passenger landing at San Francisco in 1941 fits the route through Japan, so the entry is taken as this person's under the archive's rule of 19 September 2026 for records from the route.

  A possible record, with a conflict to resolve: the National Archives' passenger list of the Hie Maru (FamilySearch's copy) has a Rywka Lwowicz, 67 and widowed, born at Eišiškės and last living in Kaunas, sailing from Yokohama in March 1941 on the transit visa numbered next to Simcha-Zyskind Lwowicz's, bound for a nephew in Brooklyn. The register's compilers record Rywka as his wife, aged 27, so either the sheet describes his mother and the compilers' note is mistaken, or they are two different women; the record is shown as a lead until that is settled.
