If your family carried one of Chiune Sugihara's transit visas out of Europe, help us record it. Every document and story we add returns another name to the list.

What to send

A clear photo or scan of the visa, passport, or travel document.
The name of the person it was issued to (and their number on Sugihara's list, if known).
Where the family was from, and where they eventually reached.
The story, in as much or as little detail as you have it.
How you're related, and whether we may credit you or your family.

Nothing you send appears on the site until it has been reviewed. Documents are always credited to the family or institution that holds them.
